Kush is to Indica strains what Haze means to Sativa strains. Like Skunk, Kush is a term that can be used to describe an entire lineage of cannabis plants. We use the term Indica today to describe a type of plant normally found (native) in India. Back then, all plants were called Cannabis Sativa, but there was a big difference in these varieties that required differentiation into another category, called Indica, according to the region in which they were first discovered.

Although we know that indicas are indigenous to more countries than India, not only the term has remained, but the pattern of naming weed varieties after the places where they were discovered. The very first Kush weed to emerge was named in homage to Hindu Kush, a mountain region stretching from Afghanistan to Pakistan.

Up to 3m outdoors and good yields

Special Kush likes to grow wild, like in the mountains of Afghanistan, which means it fills every possible space. Indoor care must be taken that it does not overgrow its space. However, if it has enough space outdoors, it can grow to over 3 m .

Flowering is complete in 8-10 weeks and it yields 65-150 g per plant indoors, 475 g per square meter under a 600 W lamp. If it is grown outdoors, it needs a warm environment, such as that found in Italy or Greece. With enough sun, fertilizer and water, this tree can produce over 550g per plant.

Hash-tasting variety

In general, Special Kush buds are small and firm "nuggets" of white goodness that are scattered throughout the plant. When smoked it has a very hashish taste with a full body stone due to its indica background. This is a simple, elemental plant that is good to smoke and available as feminized seeds at a good price.
